How cool is that ? I mean, I think it's pretty awesome to know that guys would let me in on lifting heavy with them! I was the only girl with 5 guys back squatting! I don't know what it is, but the guys were putting on weight on the bar, and I was trying to get out of it and they were like "no just try it" and so I did, and well, guess what happened? Hell Yeah I PR'd!!!!!! I added 40 pounds to my last 2RM back squat! That is absolutely insane in the membrane!!!! My back squat is now as much as my deadlift... 265 pounds!!! I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, maybe I should deadlift with these boys! Anywho, I'm super stocked about my back squat! Check out my video!!!

Not that I don't like having Lady Sessions. But I must say they are very different!
I think I enjoyed it because these guys train dirty, so do the girls I train with, but it's like theres no competition between us, which is really cool for me, maybe not for them... Annnyyyyyways!

Here is something I figured out this past week... Working out without a headband SUCKS! My hair was all over the place, sweat was dripping down in my eyes and burned them, my hair was sticking to my face, it was just awful!!! I need to go headband shopping!
