It's been quite a while... and to tell you the truth, i should of kept writting. This summer i had lost around 23 pounds!! doing cardio, doing regular exercise and watching what i was eating. And then School came in september. It's not easy , it really isnt! I had to watch what I was eating, try and fit in some exercise time and study full time ! I managed to keep to weight off, but I wasnt losing anymore. And then christmas came around the corner.... gained 10 pounds in a month!!!! horrible. Now i'm back in school and i havnt been able to lose those extra pounds. Although, people keep telling me over and over again, what are you doing you keep losing weight you look good wowowow!! So i'm not sure I look 10 pounds fatter, i think my body is changing in ways it never did before... And I am willing to say, that this might be because of CROSSFIT!!! I have been doing crossfit since the end of september.... and I have been noticing that i have become much stronger, leaner, and much more hard then before. There are things i couldnt do before that i can do today! So maybe those 10 pounds are muscle?? not sure... But what I can assure you is that this crossfit thing, is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me!
