It's a new beginning

So... yeah, I want to make it to the Olympics, but to tell you the truth, I will never make it if I keep doing what I do! I always say I'm on a diet... and that I'm careful about what I eat... but am I really? sort of doesn't cut it! So today is the new beginning. I have all the ressources in this world for me to be an elite athlete, and honestly I've never taken advantage of it!

Today, it's about to change.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

That's what they say, and they're right. I am what I eat... athletic, muscular, but I do own a couple of fats, because I cheat ALL THE TIME!
I have now accepted the fact that I cheat, because I love to eat, just to eat... get where I'm going with that?

But what if I eat good things instead of bad things ? That would make me a healthier person, a better athlete and and nicer body!

Let me be clear, my goal isn't to be skinny, I want to be the best at what I do, whatever I do ! If it's skiercross, Crossfit, weight lifting , anything! I don't want to be good, I want to be great!

Today, is a new day, now let's make it right
