Once again, I should be studying right now. But this seems more appropriate.
I told you I would tell you about my new years resolutions. To be honest, I'm not sure I have any. I have goals for 2013, but resolutions? I came up with a couple of ideas:
1: Be sexy. I tend to not care what I look like, and dress like a freeking punk. I wear sweat pants everyday, I rarely wear makeup, and never wear jewelry. So I have to change this. Try and wear pants that aren't from lululemon. Obviously at the gym, i will be wearing my crops. And I'm not sure it's very appropriate to wear makeup at the gym, I might have to buy waterproof mascara. For the jewelry part, I'll try and wear something else then my crossfit bracelet.
I need to go shopping. Damm it.
2: Read more. I say I don't have time to read, but I have way too much time for Facebook, twitter, youtube, TV, and the gym. Any suggestions of good books? Easy reading please.
3: I want 2013 to be my year. I want to be at my ideal weight. 150 sounds obtainable, and maintainable. This will mean, lot's of work and dedication. More then I have now. Meaning, I will have to cook more often (good stuff obviously), even though I spend most of my time in the kitchen, and spend more time working on my weaknesses at the gym AKA met cons, bodyweight workouts. EWW.
4: I want this blog to go viral. For that, I need all your help and support. I need more members on this blog, I'm already up to 3!!!!! Woooooooooottttttt! I'm really excited. And I need you to share my posts and talk about it and spread the word!
As for me, I will keep writing every week. Every thursday, there will be a new blog post. And that is my promise.

So those are resolutions. As for my goals, in no particular order
1: Regionals 2014
2: Ring dips
3: Pullups
4: Muscle ups
5: Make it to the deadlift 300 club!
6: Top 100 at the open 2013
7: Enjoy every second at crossfit and work harder then ever.
8: Let my emotions talk. I need to cry more and be mad more.
9: Grow a six pack
10: Make a video of us crossfit girls, at Reebok Crossfit YUL(http://www.reebokcrossfityul.com/#!/home), killing it in our sports bras and booty shorts and make it on the http://crossfit.com website! (thanks Cass for the idea)
My abs hurt from 4 days ago. My six pack is going to be sick, just like Annie's.
I PR'd on my squat clean yesterday. 175 pounds! Holy balls, that shit was heavy. It was THE longest squat ever! Oh man.
Now I understand why people get really pumped when they PR. That was my biggest coolest PR. I wanted more and fuck, it was awesome, the feeling I got when I dropped that bar. Sort of indescribable. Shit got real. I yelled! That's right. I want another PR.
2013 is going to be an AWESOME year. I can feel it.

Well, I can help you anytime with shopping or makeup!! My husband will tell you I should be crowned Queen!And I love to cook... so anytime you want a recipe...! As for the rest, focus and do your best one day at a time and I am sure you will achieve your goals!
